Diversity profiling and gender recognition (10-10-11)

Our diversity profiling does not currently ask about gender recognition and we want to change this. The Equality Act made gender reassignment a protected characteristic and it is generally considered good practice to gain an understanding of the needs of people with issues around gender recognition. However, we are struggling to do this in a manner that allows us to use the information effectively and remain within the constraints of the Gender Recognition Act. Have any other members faced this issue and what was your response? Many thanks

Compensation policy (19-08-11)

Does anyone have a compensation policy (either as part of a complaints policy or separate) that they would be willing to share? Do you make goodwill gestures if complaints are justified, and if so, how much? Thank you

Comprehensive Spending Review (21-10-10)

Following the announcement at the Comprehensive Spending Review that tenancies will not be homes for life, are member organisations beginning to think how you will manage this? How often will you review tenancies and what criteria will you use? Please share your ideas with fellow NeighbourhoodNet members.

How have organisations used and shared customer profile data? (10-08-10)

How have organisations used and shared customer profile data (where appropriate) to support the improvement of tenancy and neighbourhood management? How have organisations addressed the collection of the 'stubborn' remaining percentages, when most customer information has been collected? What successful methods have been used?
